1. Digital Products Policy
Since our courses and digital content are delivered online, all sales are final once the course access is granted. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
However, you may request a refund if:
You were unable to access the course due to technical issues that we could not fix within 7 days.
You accidentally purchased the wrong course and contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
The course content is significantly different from what was described.

3. Refund Process
Submit your refund request by email with your purchase details and reason for the request.
We will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
4. No Refunds for Completed Courses
If you have already completed or accessed a significant portion of the course, refunds will generally not be issued.
5. Cancellation by YouthIns
If we cancel a course or are unable to deliver it, you will receive a full refund.
